Marley Park is growing again! Ashton Woods Homes, of the nation’s premier homebuilders, recently purchased 297 finished lots in the community. This will launch Phase 3 of Marley Park and their homes will be ready for construction in spring 2016. Currently, Ashton Woods Homes is planning to offer three different product lines to homebuyers.
Marley Park recently celebrated their 10th anniversary and the community continues to grow. More than 20% of all new home starts in Surprise this year were in Marley Park. To date, more than 1,100 homes have been sold in the community. Today, there are two active builders, Mattamy Homes and Richmond American Homes, building in the community.
“Ashton Woods Homes was one of Marley Park’s original homebuilders who did very well with our buyers. They understand what families in Surprise want in a new home in terms of design, sustainability, and technology and they deliver an exceptional product. We are excited to welcome these residents to the Marley Park community,” said Dan Kelly, general manager for Marley Park.
“Ashton Woods Homes has an exceptional reputation for superior design and attention to detail aimed at exceeding the expectations of the discerning homebuyer,” said Scott Moore, Phoenix Division President for Ashton Woods Homes. “We take tremendous pride in building homes specifically tailored to local market preferences, and offer an unrivaled level of personalization that will delight the Marley Park buyer.”
Marley Park recently celebrated the opening of the first new charter school in the area, the Legacy Traditional School. The new state of the campus offers classes for students grades K-8 and opened with a waiting list of students. The charter school district has earned an “A” ranking from the Arizona Department of Education and has been voted the #1 charter school district in Arizona by Ranking Arizona.
