To help Marley Park residents get to know their neighbors and create cherished memories, the Marley Park Community Association plans annual celebrations for the community.

Home for the Holidays gingerbread

Marley Park residents look forward to opportunities to get together to connect with their neighbors, enjoy Marley Park’s exclusive amenities, and make memories that last a lifetime. Highlights of the events and community gatherings throughout the year include:

Volunteer Appreciation:

Each spring the community honors four of its outstanding volunteer leaders for their service within Marley Park and our greater community.

Star-Spangled Celebration:

Marley Park’s annual Fourth of July celebration begins with a patriotic parade and concludes with a pool party like no other, including family friendly games, competitions, music, and of course delicious BBQ food.

Homestead Harvest Festival:

Our charming October tradition includes our Pawstume Parade where furry friends dress up to strut their stuff. Residents also enjoy pumpkin carving and the annual Boo Bash carnival with  costume and chili cook-off contests.

Home for the Holidays:

December brings cool weather and festive spirits to Marley Park. With carolers, photos with Santa, horse-drawn carriage rides, and “snow,” there’s no better way to celebrate the spirit of the season.
