Come Join the Fun on July 4 at Marley Park’s Star-Spangled Celebration

What’s more American than pancakes, pie, a parade and patriotism? All Marley Park residents are invited to join their community’s 7th annual Star-Spangled Celebration on July 4th.

Marley Park has set up a day of festivities for the whole family to enjoy. Kick off the day with the Patriotic Pancake Breakfast at the Heritage Club. From 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., Cub Scout Pack 86 will host this patriotic breakfast. All donations from the breakfast will support the local Cub Scouts.

The celebrations will continue with the Community Parade. Whether your choice of wheels is a bike, golf cart, or even a classic car, deck them with patriotic decorations and ride through 153rd and Valentine Road. Gather family and friends to watch and wave flags at 5:15 p.m. This is an event you will not want to miss! Those wishing to ride in the parade can RSVP here.

Marley Park will wind down America’s birthday with a patriotic pool party. Bring your appetite and swimsuits to the Heritage Pool House at 5:30 p.m. Enjoy all-American barbecue from Dillon’s Catering while you splash around with water games and slides and listen to tunes from the live DJ. Finally, the Fourth of July isn’t complete without pie. Take part in Marley Park’s pie-baking contests to see whose pie reigns supreme. Admission is $10 per person and children 2 and younger are free.
