Classic “Annie” closes the 2015 Dive-in Movie series
School may be back in session but summer is not over yet. What better way to say goodbye to summer than relaxing by the pool with the family while watching a classic on the big screen?
We’re ending Marley Park’s summer Dive-in Movie series with Annie—the original 1982 version—Friday, August 21 at 7:30 p.m. at the Heritage Pool House.
Fall in love all over again with the spirited redhead and her adorable scraggly dog Sandy. Treat the kids to this timeless tale of an orphan girl looking for a home in the midst of the Great Depression. You might even catch yourself singing along. (Don’t worry, we’ll probably be singing too!)
Our Dive-in Movies are fun for the whole family. From kids to parents to grandparents, everyone loves the combination of a good movie and a dip in the pool. If you’re new to the community, they are a great way to get to know your new neighbors while your kids make neighborhood friends.
Dive-in Movies are open to Marley Park residents and their guests. If you plan to bring guests, please note Marley Park’s Heritage Pool House guest policy.
We’ll be serving snow cones before “Annie” hits the big screen at 7:30 p.m., so be sure to arrive early. And bring your swim suit and towels; some of the best seats in the house are in the pool.
Saying goodbye to summer has never been this much fun.
