Daniel Kelly Promoted to General Manager of Surprise, Arizona Home Development, Marley Park
SURPRISE, AZ (August 11, 2006) - Scottsdale-based DMB Associates, Inc. has promoted Daniel Kelly to general manager of the 956-acre northwest Phoenix masterplanned community of Marley Park located in Surprise.
In his new role, Kelly oversees the development and operation of the Marley Park project. His primary responsibilities include managing all aspects of planning, entitlement, feasibility and land negotiations, as well as the community's return on investment. Previously, Kelly served as the director of site development and was primarily involved in managing the engineering, planning, construction, budgets and schedules for the new homes in Surprise, Arizona at Marley Park.
"DMB's design concept for this community was to create an open, neighborly environment for all residents," said Kelly. "This concept has come to life and now I have the opportunity to continue molding this community into the distinct neighborhood that residents and home buyers want."
Prior to joining DMB, Kelly contributed to the development of Fountain Hills and FireRock Country Club, Tatum Ranch in Phoenix and Palm Valley in Litchfield Park.
Kelly received his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
