Marley Park Building Team in Place for Arizona New Home Community's First Development Phase

SURPRISE, AZ (Feb. 14, 2005) - DMB Associates, Inc. has announced five Valley homebuilders will build in the first phase of the new northwest Phoenix home development at Marley Park, the company's newest community coming to Surprise, Arizona in Spring 2005. Marley Park Phase I builders include: Ashton Woods Homes, Element Homes, Engle Homes, Randall Martin Home and Scott Communities.

Marley Park will offer enduring architectural styles, including Bungalow, Cottage, Craftsman, Monterey, Spanish, Territorial Ranch, and Traditional; inviting front porches, tree-lined streets and neighborhood parks. Each builder will offer a variety of floor plans, elevations and color palettes, lending visual interest and distinction to the community.

The homes offered by Marley Park's Phase I builders include single-family, duplex and courtyard homes ranging in size from 1,356 - 4,113 square feet. Most homes have front porches and some include recessed and alley-loaded garages.

Ashton Woods Homes will present four elegant floor plans within The Haciendas at Marley Park. Element Homes will debut three distinctive floor plans within its Woodland series. Engle Homes will offer two home series at Marley Park: The Oakland series, with five distinguished floor plans, and The Cambridge Series, with four distinguished floor plans. Randall Martin Home will also debut two home series at Marley Park: The Berkshire series, with four unique floor plans and The Townsend series, with three unique floor plans. Scott Communities is offering six floor plans within The Cedars at Marley Park.

In total, 21 distinctive builder models will be showcased at Marley Park's centralized Model Home Neighborhood. Models are scheduled for completion in Spring 2005. Homeowners can enjoy a preview of the lifestyle at Marley Park by visiting the Welcome Center, located west of the Loop 101 at 13118 Founders Park Blvd., just south of Waddell Road and east of Reems Road in Surprise. The 956-acre Marley Park community will include approximately 650 homes in its first phase and emphasizes open spaces, shade trees and diverse and traditional architecture. The community features 140 acres of open space and parks. In Phase I, the new homes in Surprise at Marley Park will offer a variety of amenities, including eight uniquely themed neighborhood parks; the Arbor Walk; and Heritage Park, the centrally located 25-acre public multi-use complex adjacent to Marley Park Elementary School and the Heritage Club for residents.
